Description
Klarity Ovens provide a clean, efficient way to warm masks, Klarity Cushions™, and other thermoplastic devices. By using convection heat instead of water baths, they help reduce the risk of cross contamination and bacterial growth, offering a safer and more hygienic heating method for clinical workflows.
The Klarity AirFlow™ Oven is our most advanced dry heating solution. It reaches 74°C (165°F) in under 10 minutes and is compatible with all standard thermoplastics. With two shelves, multiple thermoplastic devices can be prepared at the same time. Non stick Teflon racks allow direct placement, and the intuitive controls automatically set the temperature to 74°C (165°F), with manual adjustment available when needed. Masks typically heat in 3 to 5 minutes, supporting fast, consistent preparation.
Dry heating means the thermoplastic comes out ready to mold, improving patient comfort and helping streamline set up and turnaround times. EU MDR, ISO, and FDA compliant.
