Equipped with Head/Neck set-up

The immobilization of the Head/Neck is optimized with ConBine and the Easy Frame mask system. ConBine is designed to supply you with an excellent 360 degrees free access to the head. ConBine can be tilted at 3 different angles, as you also can do with the CombiBoard on the treatment Tabletop Contesse. You will be able to tilt the patient without bending the neck.. A facility which is very helpful to patients suffering from difficult breathing or problems with mucus. The unique design makes it possible for the head and neck region to be supported over the end of your treatment table. You can treat the patient down to the lymphnodes of supraclavia region. By this procedure you achieve absorption of only 1% 6 MV photons and avoid the need to connect a head extension to your normal treatment table.

ConNeck with head/neck immobilization

Designed for IMRT and IMAT treatments, No metal or other high absorptions material is used, so no artifacts, Ideal for CT-scanners and IGRT treatments, Very low absorption of only 1% with 6MV photons,  The head-part can be tilted at 4 angels 4, 7, 10 and 15 degrees, The ConNeck can be used flat if required, The board is made of carbon fiber, Gross weight of only 1.5 kg, Designed with facilities for the Brain and Head/Neck immobilization mask, the Easy Frame type 1, 2 and 3, Designed for our carbon fiber headrests and light soft foam headrest, Works together with all standard index-bars/index-systems used on most tables, Good access from all directions – only your treatment tabletop will limit access, Easy cleaning.

ConNeck with shoulder immobilization

The best immobilization is obtained with our carbon fiber holding device: ConNeck in combination with Easy Frame 1 – 2  or 3. For excellent support of the patients head may we recommend our carbon fiber headrests. If more patient comfort is required you can use our slightly softened foam headcushion – in spite of comfort it still gives a very reliable support for your fixation of the patient.
