The immobilization of the Head/Neck is optimized with ConBine and the Easy Frame mask system. ConBine is designed to supply you with an excellent 360 degrees free access to the head. ConBine can be tilted at 3 different angles, as you also can do with the CombiBoard on the treatment Tabletop Contesse. You will be able to tilt the patient without bending the neck.. A facility which is very helpful to patients suffering from difficult breathing or problems with mucus. The unique design makes it possible for the head and neck region to be supported over the end of your treatment table. You can treat the patient down to the lymphnodes of supraclavia region. By this procedure you achieve absorption of only 1% 6 MV photons and avoid the need to connect a head extension to your normal treatment table.
